    Fontana delle 99 Cannelle
    The Fountain of the 99 spouts was built in 1272 and can be seen in the province of L'Aquila.

    The Fortress of Civitella del Tronto
    It is one of the largest and most important work of military engineering in Europe, Situated 600 meters above sea level. This fortress covers 25,00 square meters and is 500 meters in length making it an impenetrable bastion.

    Located in the town of Pescara this museum is dedicated to Gabriele D'Annunzio, who is one of Italy's greates writers.

    Museo Archeologico Nazionale d'Abruzzo
    Located in Chieti this museum contains important archaeological finds of Abruzzo from Prehistory to Late antiquity, including the Warrior of Capestrano.

    Museo diocesano di Lanciano
    The museum is housed in the Palazzo del Seminario in Lanciano, a 17th century building. headquarters of the Archdiocese. It is divided into six rooms divided by theme.

    Museo Nazionale d'Abruzzo
    Located in the city of L'Aquila in a 16th century fortress. This museum contains an eclectic collection of artifactsthat range from paintings to a giant skeleton of an Archidiskon meridionalis (prehistoric elephant).
