  • Where in the World are Antonio and Dante?
    Antonio & Dante's Next Adventure

We are sitting on the Faraglioni of Capri
"Hey Dante wasn't the boat ride over great?"
"It sure was. I am glad I didn't get sea sick."
"Dante, how did you get over there?"
    "I jumped!"
"Cool! Dante there is something blue crawling around you!"
"Where! Don't scare me like that. I think that is the elusive blue lizard."
Below are just some of the interesting facts about the Faraglioni located on the island of Capri.
    • The Faraglioni are three massive rocks that have survived coastal landslides and erosion
    • The first rock that is attached to the land is called Stella
    • Faraglione di Mezzo is the name given to the middle rock
    • The last rock is called the Faraglione di Fuori or Scopolo
    • The only place in the world you can see a blue tinted lizard (Lacerta viridens faraglionensis) is on the Faraglione di Fuori
    • The Faraglione di Mezzo has a tunnel that you can go through on the water
    • On average the height of the Faraglioni is 100 meters (328 feet)
"Capri sure is a beautiful island. Don't you agree Antonio?"
"Yes, I do Dante. There is a lot we can show you and talk about, but we will leave that for another adventure."
"Ciao for now - see you next week for a whole new traveling adventure!"
