    Bari : Province
    This province consists of 48 communes. Some of the main towns include Alberobello, Altamura, Canosa, Gravina, Molfetta and Monopoli.

    Barletta-Andria-Trani : Province
    Barletta-Andria-Trani Province is one of the newest provinces in Italy, officially created in June 2009 by annexing 10 cities from neighboring Bari and Foggia Provinces.

    Brindisi : Province
    20 communes encompass this province. The most noted towns include Ceglie Messapico, Fasano, Francavilla Fontana, Mesagne and Ostuni.

    Foggia : Province
    The province consists of 64 communes. The main towns include Cerignola, Lucera, Manfredonia, Monte Sant'Angelo, San Severo and San Giovanni Rotondo.

    Lecce : Province
    Located at the heel of Italy's boot this province has 97 communes. The main towns include Copertino, Gallipoli, Nardo' and Otranto.

    This map highlights all of Puglia's DOP (Denominazione d'Origine Protetta). DOP includes all the DOCG (Denominazione d'Origine Controllata e Garantita) & DOC (Denominazione d'Origine Controllata) wines located in the region.
