| Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 8x8 baking dish. Top mixture with mozzarella and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool. You can top with tomato sauce. Be creative. You can add to mixture ham, spinach, sausage, peppers, & peas. If you like Rice Balls and can't have them fried you will love this. Serves 8-10. |
